Much of the work in recruiting is repetitive: publishing job ads, screening applications, following up, coordinating appointments. That is time taken away from conversations with candidates.
We built recruiting.ki to change that. Our AI employees take over the routine work, from the job ad to the interview appointment. That leaves recruiters time for what matters: finding the right people and winning them over.
